About you:
At least 5 year's broad generalist HR experience, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing environments Proven ability to support employee relations matters confidently and effectively Experience in managing HR data and systems with attention to detail CIPD qualification or working towards it is desirable but not essential Strong organisational and communication skills with a practical, solutions-driven mindset What you'll do:
Build strong relationships with operational managers to understand their workforce needs and challenges Provide practical HR advice on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning Analyse HR data to identify trends and support decision-making processes Support recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a proactive approach to talent attraction Assist in developing leadership and people-management capability across teams Play an active role in employee engagement initiatives and culture enhancement For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
