D365 Business Central Lead Consultant

Location: Hybrid or Remote

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Lead with a strong background in manufacturing and supply chain processes
. The ideal candidate will lead the implementation, optimization, and support of Business Central across our organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.

• Lead BC Implementations: Drive end-to-end D365 Business Central projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Manufacturing Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of manufacturing processes (production planning, BOM, routings, MRP, shop floor control) to design efficient solutions.
• Team Leadership: Build and mentor a functional team, ensuring high‑quality delivery and continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders to translate operational needs into system functionality.
• Integration Management: Oversee integrations with third‑party systems (CRM, WMS, MES, etc.).
• Training & Support: Provide user training, documentation, and post‑go‑live support.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process automation and system enhancements.

• 5+ years working with Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central.
• Proven experience in manufacturing environments (discrete or process manufacturing).
• Strong understanding of finance, inventory, and supply chain modules
  .
• Experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations
  .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

• Microsoft Certified:
  Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate).
• Knowledge of Azure services and integrations.

• Leadership and team‑building capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
