ERP consultant

We are looking for a skilled ERP Consultant with experience in any ERP system, with a preference for Odoo ERP
, to implement, customize, and support ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of business processes and the ability to optimize operations for clients or the organization.

• Implement and configure ERP modules according to business requirements.
• Analyze business processes and recommend ERP solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Customize ERP modules, workflows, and reports to meet client needs, preferably in Odoo.
• Provide end-user training and create documentation for ERP usage.
• Support ongoing ERP maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT.
• Assist with data migration, system integrations, and workflow automation.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance of ERP modules before deployment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience as an ERP Consultant or working with any ERP system is welcome.
• Exposure to Odoo ERP is preferred.
• Understanding of business processes across Finance, Sales, HR, and Operations.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• ERP certification or equivalent experience (Odoo preferred).
• Experience with Odoo modules, workflows, or customizations is a plus.
• Knowledge of database management, APIs, and integration tools.

• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Client-facing experience and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
