Skills- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning or data-driven software development
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and model evaluation techniques
- Experience with Python and ML frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimisation
- Experience deploying models into production environments
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI services and MLOps concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Design, build, train, and evaluate machine learning models
- Work with data engineers to prepare and validate datasets
- Deploy and monitor models in production environments
- Improve model performance, reliability, and explainability
- Collaborate with architects and developers to integrate AI into applications
- Document models, assumptions, and limitations clearly
- Contribute to continuous improvement of AI practices and standards
