Performance Analyst – £300 p/d Inside IR35 | Immediate Start

Venchr is seeking a skilled Performance Analyst to support a major public sector transformation initiative. This role is well suited to someone who can confidently interpret service and operational performance data, draw meaningful conclusions, and translate them into clear, actionable insights that shape decision‑making. You will play a key part in improving the efficiency, reliability and user experience of important government services.

In this role, you will analyse performance data from multiple sources, identify behavioural patterns and service issues, and produce structured reporting that informs continuous improvement. You will work closely with Product Managers, Delivery Managers, Service Designers and technical teams, ensuring that data‑driven insights are integrated into delivery plans and aligned with Government Service Standards. You will also contribute to developing performance dashboards, KPIs and frameworks that help teams understand real‑time service health and long‑term performance trends.

To be successful, you must bring previous public sector experience and a strong background in data analysis or service performance analytics. You should be confident communicating complex findings to non‑technical stakeholders and able to work both independently and collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams. BPSS eligibility is essential.

The role is primarily remote, with the requirement to be on‑site in Newcastle for two consecutive days each month. Travel expenses are not covered. The day rate is £300 inside IR35, with an immediate start. The contract runs for an initial six months with strong potential for extension depending on project needs and performance.
