Overview
Handson capability with intranet, Teams, SharePoint, and TDspecific products. Skilled content designer with good accessibility knowledge. Ability to design and maintain templates, calendars, and workflows. Experience coordinating comms involving multiple teams or directorates. Comfortable producing messaging suitable for wider audiences (HMRC-wide, crossgovernment forums, and verified external channels).
Essential Criteria- Significant experience providing comms and engagement support to large-scale, complex cross-department transformation portfolios
- Solid understanding of complex public sector/government stakeholders
- Proven track record synthesising complex policy and programmatic information into clear, succinct and accessible comms
- Exceptional written communication skills, including drafting ministerial submissions, briefings, correspondence, and lines to take
- Excellent track record delivering measurable capability and skills uplift
- Strong team leadership and team building skills
