• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the customer base and collaborate with global teams to build technology standards.
• Present work in internal and external forums and help drive continuous improvement across the organisation.

• Expertise in AWS Connect, Verint, and modern contact‑centre technologies
• Strong cloud, AI, and data architecture capability
• Clear, confident communicator across technical and non‑technical audiences
• Skilled stakeholder manager with strong relationship‑building ability
• Solid understanding of security, privacy, and compliance
• Experienced in leading capability‑modelling and shaping roadmap architectures
