McAllister, a Vortex Company, is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician in Newry, Northern Ireland. This role involves providing Tier 2 technical support and maintaining system performance during periods of rapid growth.
The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of hands-on IT support experience, solid knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and RMM tools, and will be responsible for troubleshooting network and infrastructure issues.
