Personal Lines Insurance Advisor Our client is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Advisor to join a growing insurance brokerage in County Down. The successful candidate will manage a varied portfolio across motor, home, travel and specialist insurance, while building strong client relationships and providing tailored advice. The Role:

* Manage and develop a portfolio of personal lines clients across motor, home, travel and specialist cover.
* Handle new business enquiries, renewals, mid-term adjustments and cancellations.
* Provide accurate quotations and tailored advice.
* Work with insurer panels to secure suitable terms.
* Maintain compliant records and strong client relationships.

The Person :
* Previous experience in a personal lines insurance role, ideally within a brokerage.
* Strong knowledge of personal lines products and the insurance market.
* Excellent communication, organisation and customer service skills.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* CII qualification, or progress towards one, is desirable. The Rewards:
