The Role:

Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documentation Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction process Supporting with related private client work such as probate and wills where required Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements

About You:

Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland (all levels of PQE considered) Experience in conveyancing is desirable, but not essential for more junior applicants Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy caseload Excellent communication and client care skills Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected local firm with a strong reputation, offering quality work, genuine career progression, and an excellent working environment.
