Replenishment Manager

You’ll play a key role in maintaining high store standards through efficient stock management, strong leadership, and hands‑on teamwork.

• Lead and train the replenishment team for top availability and presentation.
• Manage deliveries, stock control, and safety.
• Oversee warehouse operations, support promotions, ensure compliance, and drive KPIs for high team performance.

• Experienced in team management across retail, hospitality, or logistics.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive, hands‑on leader with quick decision‑making ability and solid understanding of KPIs and performance targets.
