We are seeking a Team Leader – Visitor Services to provide leadership and operational oversight for a hybrid service within an Acute NHS Trust.
This is an exciting opportunity to bring together Reception Services, Car Parking, General Office, and Helpdesk functions into one cohesive, high‑performing team.
- Lead, train, and motivate a multidisciplinary team covering reception, parking, and general office services.
- Oversee front‑of‑house operations, ensuring every visitor receives a professional and welcoming experience.
- Supervise car parking operations, including attendants, patrols, and PCN processes.
- Manage cash handling, reimbursements, and financial governance in line with NHS and Sodexo procedures.
- Maintain accurate reporting and data transparency to the Trust.
- Monitor SLAs, drive continuous improvement, and ensure service excellence.
- Support and develop staff through appraisals, training, and regular communication.
- Promote a Zero‑Harm mindset, ensuring health and safety compliance at all times.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team‑leader role within a customer‑service or facilities‑management environment.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of cash handling, confidentiality, and administrative processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
- Confidence working with reporting tools, SLAs, and performance metrics.
- Experience working within the NHS or healthcare sector.
- Knowledge of parking management systems, access control, and PCN processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital reporting platforms.
- Competitive hourly rate of £13.36
