Program / Project Manager, Operations Manager
Reporting directly to the Information Systems Manager, the Junior Applications Project Manager will be responsible for assisting the department in scoping, planning and delivering applications-based projects to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
:
Assist with planning, scheduling, and executing tasks to support timely project delivery.
:
Maintain and update project documentation, including timelines and progress reports.
:
Act as a liaison between stakeholders, team members, and clients, ensuring smooth information flow.
:
Track progress with management tools, alerting the Project Manager of potential delays or issues.
:
Provide administrative support by organising meetings, preparing presentations, and drafting reports.
:
Identify minor project risks and work with senior management to implement solutions.
:
Create and maintain business Power Apps as required. Liaise with Data & Reporting team to ensure success.
