Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and develop a team of commercial professionals to ensure contractual compliance, maximise revenue and profitability.
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of complex commercial contracts, from negotiation and execution to renewal and termination.
  • Provide expert commercial advice during pre‑sales, bid development and contract negotiations.
  • Identify and manage commercial risks and ensure compliance with internal governance and external regulatory frameworks.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key clients, understanding their strategic goals and aligning contract delivery to support mutual success.
  • Track contract performance against KPIs, manage escalations and deliver executive briefings on commercial health and profitability.

Who You Are

  • Significant experience in commercial contract management within the telecoms or technology sector.
  • Proven people management and development skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder engagement and dispute management skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex contractual clauses and translate them into operational actions.
  • Experience in structuring and managing highly complex commercial models.
