** What you’ll do
** As a Change Manager at Notting Hill Genesis, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering the people side of change across key projects and programmes. You’ll ensure colleagues are prepared, supported, and ready to adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working — helping to turn strategy into meaningful, lasting outcomes.

Working closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and the Head of Change Delivery and Adoption, you’ll design and deliver practical change interventions that drive engagement, build capability, and embed sustainable improvements across the organisation.

You’ll be part of a collaborative Change & Transformation function, helping to strengthen change capability and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
** How you’ll do it
*** Deliver change management activities across assigned programmes and projects, applying NHG’s change methodology and tools.
* Assess the impact of change on colleagues and teams, identifying risks, resistance, and readiness gaps, and supporting mitigating actions.
* Design and facilitate workshops, forums, and engagement sessions to build awareness, readiness, and adoption.
* Support stakeholder engagement and business readiness activities, ensuring communication is clear, timely, and effective.
* Monitor adoption, performance, and behavioural change, flagging issues to the BA & Change Adoption Lead and project sponsors.
* Work with business leaders to create targeted action plans to address adoption challenges and embed change successfully.
* Support the creation of training materials and adoption resources to help colleagues transition confidently.
* Promote awareness of change management practices across NHG and contribute to building a strong, change-ready culture.
** The ideal candidate
** We believe great service starts with great people, and we are committed to recruiting and developing passionate, enthusiastic, and talented individuals who can add value to our thriving organisation.

Pending confirmation of legislative changes, this role may require a qualification to demonstrate competence. If not already qualified, there may be an expectation to study towards a professional qualification.
* Outline the essential and desirable criteria for the role. 2-3 bullet points each is sufficient.
* Essential:
* Experience delivering business change or supporting organisational change initiatives.
* Understanding of recognised change management methods (such as ADKAR) and their practical application.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across teams.
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills, able to explain complex information clearly and lead group discussions.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Effective IT skills, including MS Office.

Desirable:
* Formal change management qualification (e.g. Prosci, APMG).
* Experience working in housing, social care, or other complex service environments.

Once you join us, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to grow within our organisation. You’ll also have access to a wide range of learning opportunities to help you achieve and maximise your potential.

Benefits include:
* Excellent annual leave allowance and flexible working opportunities (qualifying period may apply)
* Generous pension scheme
* Enhanced maternity, paternity, and adoption pay in addition to statutory entitlements (qualifying period may apply)
* Employee assistance - free confidential advice and counselling services provided by independent specialist organisations.
* Health cash plan
* Staff discounts - we give our staff access to discounts at hundreds of major retailers, gyms, restaurants, entertainment, days out, insurance, and much more.
