Club Manager – Leamington & County Golf Club

Reporting directly to the Board, the Club Manager will oversee the club’s operations, finances, hospitality, facilities, staff, governance, member services, and commercial activities, ensuring long‑term development and sustainability.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing strategic and day‑to‑day operational leadership.
• Managing financial performance and business acumen.
• Maintaining high standards of hospitality and facilities.
• Leading staff, fostering development and engagement.
• Overseeing member services and commercial initiatives.
• Driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ensuring governance and compliance with board directives.

We are looking for an enthusiastic professional who can demonstrate:

• Proven leadership and management experience.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Confidence using modern IT systems, databases, and digital communication tools.
• A proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
• The ability to work effectively with staff, volunteers, members, and external partners.
• Experience with in the golf, leisure, hospitality, membership, or not‑for‑profit sectors is advantageous.
