Branch Manager - HF

You'll be part of Haldane Fisher, one of the largest independent builders' merchants across Northern Ireland, GB, and the Isle of Man, supplying the trade and self-builders with expert advice and everything they need.

We're looking for a Branch Manager to join us. In this role you'll lead the day-to-day running of a builders' merchant branch, delivering safe, profitable, customer-focused trading through the branch team. You'll lead from the front, set the standard and bring the best out of your team. Most of all, it's a role where what you do really matters - every day you'll help our customers build with confidence.

• Lead and manage all branch colleagues and functions.
• Deliver branch sales, margin, and service targets.
• Own branch safety, stock, cash, and housekeeping.
• Develop key customer relationships and local sales.
• Control costs, resourcing, and standards.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Branch / store management experience, ideally merchanting.
• Commercial and people-management capability.
• Strong customer focus.
