A great opportunity for an NPD Lead(Mat Cover) to support the delivery of new and improved food products in a fast‑moving manufacturing environment. You'll help manage projects from concept to launch while ensuring quality and timelines are met.
Duties- Support and deputise for the NPD Manager.
- Coordinate NPD/EPD projects and critical paths.
- Oversee product handovers into Operations.
- Manage sample submissions and product information.
- Track market trends and support benchmarking activity.
- Maintain project documentation and compliance records.
- Assist with packaging, labelling and innovation initiatives.
- Genuine interest in food and product trends.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Confident communicator with good presentation ability.
- Comfortable working with data and reporting.
- Problem‑solver with a collaborative attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office.
