The Role: As a Production Team Member, you will help make and prepare our food products each day. This includes tasks like preparing ingredients, assembling products, and ensuring everything is done safely and to a high standard.

This role ensures our products are made on time, safe, and appealing. You will work with a team to meet daily targets and keep operations running smoothly.

As a Production Team Member, you support our company values by ensuring all products are made safely, to a high standard, and with care.

• Preparing food products by cutting, chopping, washing, mixing, and assembling ingredients
• Labelling and packing products correctly
• Working with your team to meet daily production targets
• Ensuring all products meet quality and food safety standards
• Following all hygiene, food safety, and health & safety rules
• Keeping your work area clean and tidy at all times
• Completing simple paperwork when required
• Reporting any problems, damages, or safety concerns to your supervisor
• Ability to follow simple instructions (written and spoken)
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and follow rules
• Reliable and able to come to work on time
• Flexible to work different shifts, including nights

• Previous experience in a factory or food production environment
• Ability to work independently when needed

• Timekeeping and reliability
