STEM Recruitment Partners are working with a world-leading veterinary pharmaceutical company headquartered in Newry, Co. Down. Supplying products to over 120 countries.

We are currently seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join their production team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a global organisation committed to excellence, quality, and continuous improvement.

As Manufacturing Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading a team of production operators, ensuring that all manufacturing activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with GMP and company quality standards. You'll play a key role in improving production performance, supporting your team's development, and driving operational excellence.

• Lead and motivate a team of production operators to achieve manufacturing targets.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, Health & Safety, and Quality Systems.
• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency within the production area.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Process teams to meet business goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support audits and CAPAs.

• Minimum 4 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience leading a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
• Flexibility to work shift patterns as required.
