Position: Manufacturing Supervisor TLNT1_NI
A leading manufacturer in a regulated industry is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead production teams, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities Supervise production operators and coordinate daily manufacturing activities. Ensure production targets, quality standards, and compliance requirements are met. Promote a strong health and safety culture. Support investigations, CAPAs, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate production and quality documentation. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and other departments to support operations. Train, develop, and manage team performance. Essential Requirements Degree in Science, Engineering, Pharmacy, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or 4 years' relevant manufacturing experience.

Experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to review technical documentation and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Desirable Requirements Pharmaceutical or regulated industry experience. Knowledge of GMP and quality management systems.
