This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful seafood processing business supplying high-quality products to customers across global markets. With continued growth and investment, the business is looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead its production operations and play a key role in driving operational performance.

The Role As Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the production facility, ensuring production targets, quality standards and operational efficiencies are consistently achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing daily production operations and ensuring production plans are delivered efficiently Coordinating production schedules across multiple product lines Leading, motivating and developing production teams Monitoring plant throughput and driving productivity across the operation Ensuring products are manufactured safely, on time and to the required quality standards Managing inventory levels to support efficient production and supply chain performance Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures in line with food industry standards Working closely with cross-functional teams to improve processes and operational performance Monitoring production KPIs and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement Promoting a positive food safety culture and ensuring compliance with HACCP requirements What you'll need Previous experience in a Production Manager or similar leadership role within food manufacturing Strong understanding of production planning, manufacturing systems and KPI management Knowledge of HACCP and food safety requirements Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent leadership and people management abilities Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan ahead and manage changing production priorities ability to plan ahead and manage changing production priorities Get in touch:
