On offer for the successful Production Manager or similar is the opportunity to take on an autonomous role, with complete ownership and oversight of both the production team and line, with direct access to the Managing Director.

In this role, you will have full ownership and oversight of the production lifecycle, particularly, its operatives. You will be responsible for both production, forward and workflow planning alongside KPI tracking and management. Finally, you will be responsible for staff leadership, task dictation, floor operations, and factory management.

This role would suit a Production Manager coming from a background within FMCG Production, possessing a knowledge of HACCP. You will have prior leadership experience with proven people management capabilities, alongside the ability to accurately plan production workflows.

The Role:
