Overview

We are hiring for our client, a high-growth, consumer-focused brand in Co. Down, to appoint an experienced Marketing Manager. This Marketing Manager role is a newly created opportunity designed to elevate brand presence, drive engagement, and lead a strong focus on social media and content creation. The successful Marketing Manager will take ownership of digital storytelling, social channels, and content strategy, ensuring the brand consistently connects with its audience in an authentic and impactful way.

• £40,000-£50,000 salary (depending on experience)
• Strong focus on social media strategy, content creation, and brand growth

• Lead and execute the overall marketing and content strategy
• Own all social media channels, driving engagement, growth, and brand awareness
• Plan, create, and manage high-quality content (video, written, visual)
• Develop campaigns aligned with commercial and brand objectives
• Analyse performance metrics and optimise content accordingly
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency

• Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or senior marketing role
• Marketing qualification
• Strong background in social media management and content creation
• Comfortable creating and directing content across multiple platforms
• Commercially aware with strong analytical skills
• Creative, proactive, and confident working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel when required (North and South)
