As they embark on a transformative phase of global growth, they are seeking a Marketing Visionary to join their senior leadership team. This is a high-impact, strategic appointment for a leader who can steer the brand toward an ambitious milestone: expanding its global community by 1 million customers. Reporting directly to the Senior Leadership Team, you will act as the architect of the brand’s global marketing roadmap. You will be responsible for translating high-level business goals into a sophisticated, multi-channel strategy that resonates across international borders.

You will be responsible for the following day-to-day duties that will include, but not be limited to,

• Strategic Leadership:
  Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with aggressive global expansion targets.
• Brand Stewardship:
  Refining and managing brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging, professional tone, and a premium visual identity across all platforms.
• Digital Strategy & Ownership:
  Leading the digital ecosystem, including high-level social media strategy, sophisticated email campaigns, and conversion-optimised website content.
• Market Intelligence:
  Conducting rigorous research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and untapped growth opportunities.
• Performance & ROI:
  Setting quarterly and annual KPIs and providing senior leadership with detailed performance reports and data‑driven insights.
• Mentorship:
  Working closely with the Marketing Executive to foster a culture of professional growth and creative excellence.

We are looking for a candidate who combines commercial maturity with a visionary mindset. You should be a sophisticated communicator, capable of navigating complex stakeholder relationships and steering marketing operations with confidence.

• Proven Track Record:
  At least 4 years of experience in high-level marketing strategy, brand building, and successful global campaign execution.
• Digital Expertise:
  Advanced proficiency in digital marketing channels, analytics, and consumer behavior.
• Technical Acumen:
  Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools; experience with Salesforce and Mailchimp is highly desirable.
• Strategic Mindset: A proactive, "big picture" thinker with the ability to manage significant marketing budgets and deliver measurable ROI.
• Communication:
