Head of Marketing

My client is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Head of Marketing to lead the development and execution of their marketing strategy. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across their drinks portfolio. Day-to-day of the role:
Develop and deliver the overall marketing strategy. Lead brand, digital, and trade marketing activities. Manage product launches, campaigns, and promotional activity. Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity. Oversee marketing budgets and measure campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with sales teams to support business growth. Lead and develop the marketing team and external agency partners. Required

Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role. Background in FMCG ideally food and drink. Strong digital marketing and brand management expertise. Commercially minded with excellent analytical skills. Experienced in managing budgets, campaigns, and teams. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
