Bolster Community in Newry is seeking a Community Services Development Lead to establish and develop an innovative model of community support for older people across Newry, Mourne and South Armagh. The successful candidate will identify gaps in existing services, strengthen partnership working and develop practical, sustainable responses to emerging community needs.
This fixed term role (24 months) is 30 hours per week, with a pro rata salary and benefits package.
