Nurse Manager £62,000 per annum Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm Warrenpoint, Co. Down We are proud to be partnering with a reputable and long-established nursing home in Warrenpoint to recruit an experienced Nurse Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong clinical leader seeking a rewarding management role within a supportive and resident-focused care environment.

As Nurse Manager, you will take a leading role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered. Key Responsibilities As Nurse Manager, you will:
Lead and support the nursing and care teams through visible, effective leadership Oversee the clinical and operational management of the service Ensure residents receive safe, person-centred, and compassionate care at all times Maintain compliance with regulatory and quality standards Drive continuous improvement across all aspects of care delivery Mentor, coach, and develop team members to achieve their full potential Review and implement policies, procedures, and best-practice guidelines Support workforce planning, staffing levels, and resource management Build strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies Foster a culture of dignity, respect, teamwork, and excellence About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
