Position: Junior Sous Chef | Grow in a Boutique Cotswolds Kitchen
A lovely independent boutique hotel in the Cotswolds is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in managing the daily kitchen operations. This position offers a salary of £35,000 along with service charge, tips, and benefits such as 28 days of holiday, a pension scheme, and discounts. Ideal candidates should be currently a Senior CDP or Junior Sous Chef with experience in quality-led kitchens, and possess a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Own transport is likely required due to location.
