Assistant Restaurant Manager – Luxury House

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced hospitality professional to join a renowned country house hotel as Assistant Restaurant Manager. Supporting the Restaurant Manager, you will help deliver warm, attentive service within a relaxed yet refined restaurant set on a beautiful countryside estate, celebrating seasonal British cuisine and quality produce.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will support the front-of-house team, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and maintain consistently high service standards, with genuine progression opportunities.

Due to the location of the hotel, you will need your own mode of transport.

• £39,000 per annum plus circa £5,000 service charge

• Supporting the management of daily restaurant operations

• Experience in a supervisory or management role within a quality restaurant or luxury hotel
• A confident leader who enjoys developing and motivating a team
