To oversee our shop operations, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced retail manager. The chosen applicant will be in charge of managing employees, supervising daily operations, and guaranteeing top‑notch customer service. Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly valued to enable efficient communication with a variety of clientele and team members.

• Oversee and inspire the store staff to meet sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
• Oversee the daily operations of the store, including the opening and closing processes.
• Oversee employee training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Supervise merchandising operations to guarantee eye‑catching product displays that adhere to brand standards.
• Keep an eye on stock levels, plan inventory control, and schedule orders as needed.
• Use marketing initiatives and sales tactics to increase profits.
• Maintain outstanding contact with employees and clients while exhibiting professional phone manners and organisational abilities.
• Examine sales data to find patterns and expansion prospects.
• Ensure that corporate policies and health and safety requirements are followed.
• Effectively handle client complaints to quickly address problems.

• Shown management expertise in the retail industry, including team supervision and shop operations management.
• Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate and oversee different teams.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills; being bilingual or multilingual is beneficial.
• Proven organisational abilities and the capacity to effectively prioritise jobs.
• Familiarity with merchandising, sales management, and administrative tasks in a retail setting.
• Time management skills are needed to fulfil commitments in a hectic environment.
• Excellent communication skills and professional phone manners.
• Capacity to swiftly adjust to shifting priorities and remain optimistic under duress.
• Previous experience in retail management or equivalent areas is needed.
