Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 per hour. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week for new colleagues, with the option to work fewer hours (minimum 12).

Minimum age requirement: must be over 18. Candidates may be eligible for roles requiring working before 6:15 am, after 9:45 pm, or in specific areas (warehouse, beers, wines and spirits, counters, bakery, driving roles). All applicants must meet the school leaver age requirement in the country of residence.
