Territory Manager

We have an opportunity for an experienced medical device sales professional to join a small but growing ENT distributor, to help them develop their UK business. Whats the role? This is an exciting, newly-created position, heavily focused on new business development across the UK. You will be working alongside a small, supportive and energetic team who will be delighted to share their product and territory knowledge.

However, on a daily basis, you should feel comfortable working independently and planning your own sales strategy. If you prefer the feel of a smaller business and relish autonomy, the ability to make a direct impact on the companys success and the knowledge that your input is genuinely valued, then this is the perfect environment for you. Longer-term, there are ambitious plans for growth, so for the right person, there should be opportunities to progress further down the line.

What they are looking for:
Solid experience of selling medical devices, ideally within the ENT field, with a proven history of achieving sales targets Previous exposure to a surgical environment and the confidence to approach consultants and surgeons to promote and demonstrate a specialist product portfolio A pro-active self-starter, who is confident in their ability to develop relationships with new customers and win the business.

Understanding of NHS and private procurement practices and supply chains Willingness to travel around the UK, including occasional overnight stays
