Inbound Sales Advisor Lloyd Recruitment Services is seeking an Inbound Sales Advisor to join a well-established organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, customer-focused individual with sales experience who enjoys speaking with customers and converting enquiries into appointments.

The Role:

Handling inbound enquiries via telephone and email Converting enquiries into appointments Providing information and guidance to prospective customers Following up enquiries and maximising sales opportunities Maintaining accurate records on CRM systems Working towards agreed KPIs and targets Delivering an excellent customer experience

About You:

Previous sales or customer service experience Confident and professional telephone manner Excellent communication skills Target-driven and commercially focused Well organised with good attention to detail Comfortable using IT and CRM systems Positive, personable and proactive The Package: £27,000 salary DOE Bonus potential up to £300 per month Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm plus overtime paid at time and half 25 days' holiday Private healthcare Pension Free eye tests Refer a friend and you will receive a retail voucher of your choice up to the value of £500.
