About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Warehouse Operative to support the smooth running of our day‑to‑day warehouse operations. This role involves picking and packing orders, handling incoming and outgoing goods, and ensuring stock is stored accurately and safely. You will maintain a clean, organised workspace, follow all health and safety procedures, and work both independently and as part of a team to meet operational targets.

The job is 5 days a week in our Newry Warehouse.

What You’ll Do
  • Complete all work to the appropriate standard and within operational schedules.
  • Work to the required production and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure daily production targets are met.
  • Familiarise yourself with all relevant operational procedures and comply with all instructions.
  • Adhere to STATSports quality standards.
  • Participate actively in daily team briefings.
  • Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping in your area.
  • Completely comply with all Company Health and Safety policies.
What You’ll Need
  • At least 6 months’ experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (e.g., Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow processes and instructions effectively.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
It Would Be Great If You Had
  • Understanding of LEAN principles or continuous improvement practices.
  • Forklift training.
  • Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
