The Role:

As a Warehouse Team Member, you will support the day-to-day running of the warehouse, including intake, picking, storing, and moving stock safely and efficiently.

This role is important to ensure products are received, stored, and dispatched correctly while maintaining quality, food safety, and service standards. You will work as part of a team to help meet daily targets and keep the warehouse organised and running smoothly.

As a Warehouse Team Member, you will support our company values by ensuring all products are handled safely, accurately, and with care.

Your Duties:
  • Offloading deliveries safely and storing stock in the correct locations
  • Picking and preparing customer orders accurately and on time
  • Making sure warehouse and storage areas are clean, tidy, and organised
  • Supporting stock counts and stock control activities
  • Ensuring products are stored correctly and stock rotation procedures are followed
  • Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times
  • Checking products for damages or shortages and reporting issues to management
  • Helping prevent delays and keeping warehouse operations running smoothly
  • Completing paperwork and warehouse records accurately
  • Working with other departments to ensure customer orders are completed correctly
  • Moving stock and finished goods between company sites when required
  • Attending meetings and training sessions when required
  • Reporting any equipment, stock, or safety concerns to management
