Yard Supervisor
- Newry
We're looking for a Yard Supervisor to join our Newry team. In this role you'll supervise the yard team day-to-day, delivering safe, efficient loading, picking, and customer service. You'll lead from the front, set the standard, and bring the best out of your team.
Most of all, it's a role where what you do really matters, every day you'll help our customers build with confidence.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, energetic, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop new skills that will support a successful long‑term career with Haldane Fisher.
What you'll be doing- Allocate and supervise daily operations within the yard.
- Monitoring and maintaining stock levels, stock condition and ensuring high standards of housekeeping.
- Daily management and enforcement of health & safety, yard safety and working-at-height controls.
- Promoting high levels of customer service, serving customers politely and professionally.
- Coordinating and assisting with deliveries, customer collections, and daily operational duties.
- Ensure accurate, timely loading and picking.
- Loading and unloading customer and company vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Support and train operatives.

Monday - Friday 40.25 hours per week
Saturdays (alternating / on rota)
