Job Description Join Our Team as a Payroll Administrator!

As a Payroll Administrator you will support our clients in the delivery of a successful and smooth payroll process including pension processing and HMRC RTI submission, assisting with year-end processes and various other payroll duties. You will also provide administrative support to the team, maintaining accurate records and support with client and colleague queries.## Role & Responsibilities
* Preparing and processing weekly, monthly, and bi-weekly payroll using dedicated software
* Understand and be able to calculate and deduct income tax, National Insurance, pension contributions, and other statutory deductions.
* HMRC RTI submissions
* Pension processing and auto-enrolments
* Inputting payroll data into various systems
* Liaise with HMRC
* Answer queries from colleagues and clients, in a professional manner
* CIS submissions
* General administration tasks such as, filing, data entry, assisting in communications and paperwork.
* Maintaining accurate records, ensuring client records are kept up to date
* Auditing entered payroll data for accuracy and completeness
* Reporting* Carry out year-end processes.
* Immediately report problems that may impact on the organisation or our clients to the Payroll Manager
* Daily completion of your timesheet## Required Experience
* CIPP or 2 years’ experience in payroll
* Knowledge of payroll software, such as SAGE 50
* Ability to show initiative and work within a team
* Ability to manage deadline and prioritise work effectively
* Ability to build good client relationships.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to build rapport with people at various levels
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage own workload in a timely manner while all the time ensuring we exceed client expectations## Desired Skills
* Bureau experience is preferred but not essential.
* Accounts production software such as CCH desirable but not essential## Benefits
