- Project Identification:
Support the creation of investment business cases by undertaking benefit analysis to help prioritize requests. - Project Administration:
Ensure R&D technical projects are documented, reported and sustained, gather supporting information for investment applications, administer the global investment approval and asset disposal processes, and provide stakeholder communication updates. - Data Analysis:
Collect, analyse and interpret project data to identify trends, issues and areas for improvement. Develop reports that provide insights into project performance. - Communication:
Communicate R&D project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including project sponsors, senior management and project team members. Ensure stakeholders are aligned on project goals and progress. - Problem-solving:
Identify and resolve issues that arise during the R&D project lifecycle and develop creative solutions to keep projects on track. - Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, ensure they are engaged and informed throughout the technical project lifecycle.
