This role will support development schemes from early opportunity through to handover, working with colleagues and partners to help turn plans into good‑quality, affordable homes.

• Experience in housing development, property, planning, construction, project support within a customer‑focused environment.
• Or transferable skills from another background.
• Strong information management, relationship building, clear communication and a thoughtful, inclusive approach to work.
