Templer Home Build is expanding its responsive repairs team and seeks an Awaab's Law & Disrepair Supervisor to support safe homes for Teign Housing community. You'll lead damp, mould, condensation and disrepair cases, ensuring compliance with Awaab's Law and housing standards.
You'll work with Trade teams to coordinate inspections, manage resident decants where needed, monitor contractor performance, and drive service improvements while upholding health and safety standards.
