Templer Home Build is seeking a Building Surveyor to join the Building Safety and Technical team in Newton Abbot. You will carry out technical surveys, diagnose defects and manage works through to completion.
The role requires Level 5 Building Surveying qualification or equivalent, with a path to Level 6 and MRICS through APC. You will work with colleagues, contractors and residents to ensure compliance and safe, well-maintained homes.
