As a key member of the team, you will support both customers and internal colleagues by processing orders, coordinating despatches, managing enquiries and ensuring a consistently high standard of service. You will work closely with teams across Finance, Operations and Sales, acting as a central point of contact to ensure queries are handled efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process sales orders and ensure accurate documentation
* Coordinate domestic and international despatches, ensuring paperwork is complete and correct
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via shared inboxes
* Handle warranties, complaints, and service plans in line with escalation procedures
* Process credit card payments securely and accurately
* Support internal teams with customer and order-related queries
* Liaise with Finance, Operations, and Sales to resolve issues and improve service delivery
* Maintain accurate customer records and data
* Champion excellent customer experience and contribute to continuous improvement
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in customer support, service, or administration
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Confident communicator with a professional, customer-focused approach
* Comfortable working to deadlines and service-level targets
* Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
* Good IT skills and confidence using email and internal systems
