The successful candidate will become part of a collaborative team specialising in bespoke residential adaptations and accessible design projects that positively transform people's lives.

Daily Duties

Lead projects across all RIBA stages
Develop creative design solutions and detailed technical packages
Prepare planning and Building Regulations submissions
Coordinate consultants and external stakeholders
Attend client meetings and site visits
Oversee projects through construction
Support junior team members and contribute to practice development
Ensure projects meet programme, quality and budget requirements

Ideal Candidate

ARB-registered Architect with strong extensive post-Part 3 experience
Experience delivering projects through all RIBA stages
Excellent technical knowledge and detailing ability
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to lead projects and manage client relationships
Full UK driving licence
Happy to work from the Devon office five days a week within an agile working environment
