The successful candidate will become part of a collaborative team specialising in bespoke residential adaptations and accessible design projects that positively transform people’s lives. This role offers the chance to lead a variety of technically rewarding projects from initial concept through to completion while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team.

Daily Duties
  • Lead projects across all RIBA stages
  • Develop creative design solutions and detailed technical packages
  • Prepare planning and Building Regulations submissions
  • Coordinate consultants and external stakeholders
  • Attend client meetings and site visits
  • Oversee projects through construction
  • Support junior team members and contribute to practice development
  • Ensure projects meet programme, quality and budget requirements
Ideal Candidate
  • ARB-registered Architect with strong extensive post-Part 3 experience
  • Experience delivering projects through all RIBA stages
  • Excellent technical knowledge and detailing ability
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to lead projects and manage client relationships
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Happy to work from the Devon office five days a week within an agile working environment
