Food Technology Teaching Assistant - Torbay

• Pay: £95–£115 per day, depending on SEND experience and qualifications

• Your role will be to assist the food technology teacher with the delivery of food technology lessons.
• Assisting the class teacher with preparation and planning.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional development
• Helping to create a calm, structured, and nurturing environment
• Creating positive, trusting relationships with students.

• This Torbay-based school supports students aged 11–16 whose needs cannot be met in mainstream education.
• All pupils have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) related to Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
