As a Senior Estimator you will:
* Have worked on tenders within the Civil Engineering industry.
* Be responsible for preparation and submission of all bids.
* Analyse labour, material and plant subcontractors for best value.
* Have working knowledge of NEC contracts.
* Be experience of working for a Civil Engineering contractor.
* Have excellent communication skills.
* Have experience of reviewing contract terms and Conditions, identifying and clarifying scope of work at Tender stage and creating commercial strategies.
Location:
You will be based in our client’s offices near Newton Abbot; however, you will be required to visit client/site offices across the UK
Hybrid working:
There is a possibility of remote working 1 day a week after a successful probation
Salary:
There is no fixed salary banding for this role. Salary is negotiable depending on experience
Package:
Car allowance, company bonus, company pension scheme, 25 days annual leave (exc bank holidays)
