Full-time, Monday to Friday Flexi Working Hours About the Role We are looking for an experienced Practice Finance Manager to join a respected professional services firm. This is a key role where you will manage financial operations, lead a small team, and work closely with senior stakeholders to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Month-end and year-end processes Payroll and VAT compliance Process improvements and efficiency initiatives Supporting strategic decision-making What We are Looking For: CIMA qualified or equivalent experience Strong finance management background Proficiency with Sage, knowledge of Quick Books, and Xero Excellent organisational and communication skills Benefits: 25 days holiday  bank holidays Parking permit Flexible working (up to 2 days WFH) Professional development support Exciting opportunity for a Practice Finance Manager in South Devon.
