Essential qualifications and experience:

  • Level 4 Diploma qualified (or equivalent)
  • Current or recent experience as a Financial Adviser, or newly qualified with at least 2 years of transferable experience (e.g., paraplanner, senior administrator, mortgage adviser transitioning into holistic advice)
  • Comfortable operating in a self‑employed model
  • Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
  • Professional, ethical and client‑first mindset
Desirable
  • Experience with in a network model (experience with Openwork Partnership advantageous)
  • Ability to generate new business alongside servicing existing clients
  • Existing client relationships

Role Overview

Self‑employed Financial Adviser to join an established and growing wealth team. Step into an existing client bank of approximately 60 clients from a departing adviser, with immediate income potential and additional referrals.

What you’ll receive
  • High‑earning potential: 60% adviser / 40% firm split
  • No reduction on firm‑generated leads
  • Immediate client access: inherit a portion of an established client bank
  • Ongoing servicing income from day one

Lead Flow and Support

  • Dedicated support team: 3 full‑time + 1 part‑time administrators

Working arrangements
