Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 17:00

Pay Rate: £500.00 per day

• Support the planning, delivery, and management of housing development projects.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for new housing developments and funding.
• Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Liaise with colleagues, contractors, and partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Contribute to housing strategy development and implementation.

Must-Have Requirements

• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Experience in housing development or related sector.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Knowledge of local housing policies and planning regulations.
• Experience in preparing funding applications or business cases.
• Understanding of the housing development lifecycle.
